How can innovation, public order, and the protection of fundamental freedoms be balanced? While digital transformation offers innovative tools to strengthen prevention, enhance the effectiveness of public action, and improve security systems, it also makes the definition of rules, responsibilities, and limits in the exercise of power increasingly complex.
