The digitalisation of international trade will be at the core of the UNCITRAL Colloquium, scheduled to take place in Vienna from 19 to 22 January, bringing together experts and key stakeholders to discuss the main challenges and opportunities related to digital payments and paperless trade.

Among the speakers, Professor Finocchiaro will take part in the panel dedicated to cross-border digital payments, analysing the regulatory implications relating to interoperability, digital identity and trust services in light of PSD3, the UNCITRAL Model Law (MLIT) and the eIDAS 2 Regulation.
