The cybersecurity regulatory landscape is characterised by increasing complexity, which also pertains to AI rules. Sometimes these inevitably intersect, in an increasingly multifaceted and multi-layered digital regulatory framework. These are the topics at the centre of the AISCA, University of Bologna and Bologna Business School conference, where they will be discussed in relation, in particular, to the opportunities and impacts on the governance of corporations. Among the speakers will be Professor Finocchiaro, who will focus on the issue of artificial intelligence and accountability.
