From 20 to 24 October, the sixty-ninth session of the UNCITRAL Working Group on Electronic Commerce (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) will take place in Vienna. Professor Finocchiaro will participate as the Italian representative.
During the session, the Working Group is expected to continue working on the formulation of default rules on data provision contracts.
