Copyright law applied to AI generates more and more questions: who can be recognised as the author of AI-generated content? What are the limits to the processing of copyright-protected material by AI systems? To these and other topics will be dedicated the event organised on 25 June by the Gramsci Foundation Emilia-Romagna, in collaboration with Sineglossa. Speakers will include Prof. Finocchiaro, who will explore the legal implications and challenges of AI to copyright law.
