The ongoing evolution of public administration is increasingly leading towards more automated forms of governance, in which algorithmic systems play a growing role in decision-making processes, service delivery, and the protection of rights. Within this context, the event “From Digital Administration to Algorithmic Administration”, organised by the University of Ferrara, is dedicated to analysing the legal and systemic implications of this development. Among the speakers is Professor Giusella Finocchiaro, who will deliver a talk on “Digitalisation and the Protection of Personal Data”.
