With the entry into force and the first applications of the AI Act, reflection on EU regulatory choices and their impact on private actors is intensifying.
The AI Act adopts an approach based on the risk of infringement of fundamental rights, but other regulatory models of risk management are emerging in the world, while private actors are equipping themselves with increasingly complex governance structures. Professor Finocchiaro will address these issues at ABI’s “Data and AI in Banking Week”, during the session “AI Act and the European vision: charting the future of artificial intelligence”.
