On 8 October, Professor Finocchiaro will take part in the conference organised by AGCOM, the Italian Communications Authority, at the Chamber of Deputies. The event is dedicated to the relationship between the Constitution, artificial intelligence and the power of digital platforms. In her speech, the Professor will focus on the role of information and data as resources of economic value and as a condition for the exercise of fundamental freedoms.
